Hi, following up with more details on what happened.
After checking your billing history, your server (Tencent Singapore, $2/month) was purchased on March 1 with a $5 top-up. The first renewal on March 31 succeeded ($2), leaving $1 in your balance. When the next renewal was due around April 30, the $2 charge could not be covered by the remaining $1, so the renewal failed. The system retried the payment multiple times through May 12 but was unable to collect the full amount. After the prepaid period and grace period expired, the cloud provider reclaimed the VM.
Unfortunately, since the VM has been fully destroyed on the provider side, the data on that server is not recoverable.
You currently have a new Tencent Ashburn server on your account. If you'd like to redeploy your project there, you can create a new project on that server and set it up again. Let us know if you need any help with that.
