Restarting the service doesn't work either; it's still offline.

It crashes again shortly after restarting, which is severely affecting business operations. Could you please help investigate the issue?

Hello! We SSH'd into your server (52.193.73.87) to investigate.

We found the issue: your server only has 2GB of RAM, but it is running 2 user services (rixapi + redis-stack-server) in addition to the Zeabur system components. It has already restarted 4 times today, and the system pods are also restarting repeatedly (3-8 times).

2GB of RAM is not enough to run redis-stack-server + your application. redis-stack-server itself requires a significant amount of memory.

Recommendations:

1. Upgrade to a server with at least 4GB of RAM.
2. Alternatively, replace redis-stack-server with standard Redis (without stack), which has much lower memory requirements.

Your current configuration will continue to cause an OOM → k3s offline → restart → OOM loop.
