2. Regarding Stripe receipts with Tax ID (Self-service, Dev Plan is sufficient)
Since you are currently on the Dev Plan, you can fill in the following information directly in Dashboard → Billing:
• Title: 南昌航空大学 (Nanchang Hangkong University) • Tax ID: 12360000491012291R
Afterward (and for future invoices not yet issued), the Stripe receipts will automatically include this information.
Note: The company information entered on the Billing page only affects new invoices generated "after" the entry. Past invoices for March and April will not be retroactively updated to include the title and Tax ID.
3. Mainland China VAT Invoice (fapiao) — Requires Team Plan
If your organization requires an official fapiao for reimbursement, Zeabur can issue them for customers in Mainland China, but your subscription must be upgraded to the Team Plan ($79/month) or higher (the current Dev Plan at $5/month is not covered). 1. The section 'Can I request an invoice for previous months? Yes.' in the documentation does not apply to the Dev Plan.
The FAQ you cited is in the Invoicing and Tax ID documentation. There is a clear notice box above that FAQ stating:
The invoicing feature is only available for the Team Plan and above. Users on the Dev Plan, Pro Plan, and Free Plan who need an invoice must first upgrade to the Team Plan.
In other words, the prerequisite for 'requesting an invoice for previous months' is that you are on a plan eligible for invoicing (Team Plan or higher). Since you are currently on the Dev Plan, you are not covered, so this FAQ does not apply to you. This is a uniform policy rule, not an extra restriction targeted at you.
2. Education discounts / Individual developer invoicing: We currently do not have such a policy.
We do not currently have special programs for individual developers or educational users to issue invoices, nor can we issue them in advance based on the premise that you 'will upgrade to the Team Plan in the future.' Invoices for the Team Plan are a service benefit during the subscription period and cannot be retroactively applied to costs incurred during the Dev Plan period.
Once you upgrade to the Team Plan in the future, we can issue invoices for bills generated after the upgrade.
3. Regarding your March and April bills
To clarify: The total amounts shown on Stripe for these two bills are $5.00 and $5.05 (including $0.05 usage), not $0. You topped up $5 via Alipay in both March and April, and the system automatically deducted the balance when generating the bill. Therefore, the 'amount due' on the bill shows $0, but the 'total' remains $5.

Regarding the March invoice: That payment was made via Alipay. Alipay's electronic receipts are generated and sent by their own system, so we are unable to reissue them. Please go to the Alipay App → Bill → find the transaction for March 2026 of approximately ¥35, and you will find the merchant's electronic receipt there. If you cannot find it in the app, you can directly contact Alipay customer service for assistance.
Future invoices can be handled via self-service, no need to contact us every time:
