Hi, I think there has been a misunderstanding here — your server is fine and you have not been double-charged. Let me walk through what actually happened.
You paid $2 once on May 5 — that is the only money taken from you. That was the initial rental of Tencent Jakarta 2C 2GB (receipt #2762-8042 in your second screenshot). The server has been running normally ever since — I checked just now, uptime ~30 hours, healthy.
The "$2.00 payment was unsuccessful" emails are not extra charges. Those are renewal attempts that failed. Zeabur tried to charge the next rental period and your bank declined. Failed attempts take no money — nothing left your account on those. So one real charge, not multiple.
Why renewal keeps being declined: Your bank declined the first attempt and instructed Stripe (our payment processor) to stop trying on your Visa ending 6187. This flag is set by your bank, not by Zeabur, and we cannot lift it from our side. To keep the server alive past this rental period, you would need to either use a different card, or contact your bank to ask why they declined.
In short: The server is yours and working, you paid $2 for it, and that $2 will not be charged again. The only thing to fix is your payment method, so the next renewal can go through.
If after this you still want a refund, you can cancel the server yourself: Dashboard → Servers → open the server → Cancel. It's your first refund on Tencent, so it goes through automatically (refunded to Zeabur account balance). But please back up any data first — once cancelled, the server is gone.
