We have checked your server, and its current status is completely normal: the server is online, SSH is connecting properly, and the k3s cluster is healthy (it has been running stably for 10 hours).
The previous issue with the Web Terminal in the console has now been fixed. Please try reopening it; it should be working correctly now. If it still does not open, you can also connect directly using a local SSH client or VS Code Remote, which will be more stable. The IP, port, username, and password required for the connection can be found in the Console → corresponding server details page.

Regarding the refund: You already used the self-service refund for a China region server (Tencent Cloud) on 5/23. A second refund for a China region server requires manual review by customer service. Since this server has been tested and is fully functional, and the web terminal has been fixed, we recommend trying to reconnect first. If you still encounter specific errors, please send us the information so we can assist with troubleshooting.
