One possible reason is the server/node ran out of resources (CPU / memory / disk). When resources are exhausted, services can become unresponsive and Zeabur may temporarily fail to connect, so the server can appear “offline”.

Could you share the service logs around the time it happened, and (if available) CPU/memory/disk usage metrics? That will help us confirm the root cause quickly.

I am not able to download logs, and the strange thing is that only a few services are down, not the entire server, and even the deployments I was not able to redeploy/restart those services Is it possible to get a notification when a service/server is down
