Be careful , charged my credit card but my balance is $0

since openclaw needs to connect to an ai model, i tried to use zeabur AI hub.

i was asked to pay for the credits of zeabur ai hub, i was successfully charged with my credit card for $5.

my credit in ai hub is still $0,

it seems that the money is used to pay for the monthly charge.

i hope i just misunderstand the procedure, but it's interesting that they ask you to charge the ai hub, and move your money to pay the monthly bill. then anyone can tell me how to buy the credits for ai hub?

Hi there, we will investigate this right away. If you pay purchase the credits for AI hub then it should only be used for AI hub not for upgrading your subscription plan.

Hi there. I have checked and it seems like this is the whole flow: You have received a $5 credit from a referral, that is used to upgrade to Developer plan (expected). You then added another $5 to your balance (still different from AI Hub). You will have to move the money from balance to AI Hub.
