Sorry to hear about this — we understand how stressful it can be to accidentally remove volume data.

We’ve checked and also tried to see if there was any possible way to recover it. In general, the only situation where recovery might be possible is before the service restarts after a volume is unmounted. Once the service has restarted and the volume is fully deleted, the data is unfortunately not recoverable, and we don’t have snapshots available to restore it. For the future, we strongly recommend enabling and regularly using the backup feature to make sure important data can be restored if something like this happens again.
