I have already paid the bill, but my server renewal is still failing.

It still shows that I haven't paid my bill, so the server was forced to shut down. However, I have actually already paid it, and I believe this might be a system error.

Sorry for the inconvenience — our auto-renewal system didn’t process correctly.

I’ve manually renewed your plan, so your billing status should be updated and the server should be able to start normally now.

We’ll keep investigating what caused the mismatch. If it still shows as unpaid, please share a screenshot of the Billing page (or the invoice ID), and I’ll help confirm it right away.
