I'm experiencing intermittent connectivity issues with my newly provisioned dedicated server and need assistance troubleshooting.

Issue Description:
The server status keeps fluctuating between online and offline. I'm receiving recurring error notifications saying "Server needs attention," but then it appears to come back online, only to go down again shortly after. This cycle has been repeating since I provisioned the server.
What I've Observed:
Server shows as RUNNING in VM status but isOnline status keeps toggling between true and false
Receiving intermittent error notifications
Unable to maintain stable connection to the server
This started immediately after server provisioning
What I've Tried:
Waited several minutes for initialization

Questions:
Is this a known issue with new Hetzner servers on Zeabur?
Could there be a network configuration problem on Zeabur's end?
