Unable to access my $5 free quota despite having a new account (created 2024), account credit shows as $0 and appears to be uninitialized according to the Zeabur AI

Hi there, the $5 free quota is for compute resources, which has been deprecated. This cannot be used for purchasing VPS or used as AI Hub credits!
