Alibaba Cloud requires an instance to have a subscription period of at least 3 months to apply for an ICP filing authorization code.

Hi, unfortunately depositing money into your Zeabur account balance is not the same as renewing the server subscription. The ICP filing requirement from Aliyun is that the server must have ≥ 3 months of remaining subscription time.
To meet this requirement, please go to the Zeabur dashboard → your dedicated server page and click "Renew" to extend the server subscription so that the remaining time is at least 3 months. Once the renewal is complete, please reply here and we will generate the ICP filing authorization code for you.
