I hope this message finds you well. I'm writing to report an issue with my Developer Plan subscription.
Issue Details:
- I have successfully subscribed to the Developer Plan
- However, my account credit is showing 0, while the Developer Plan should provide $5/month credit
- I cannot create a new project because no regions/servers are available in my account
- I'm unable to proceed with deploying my application

What I've Done:
- Connected my GitHub account to Zeabur
- Installed the Zeabur GitHub App
- Verified my billing page
- Attempted to create a project, but no regions are available
What I Need:
- Please verify my subscription status
- Manually provision the $5/month credit to my account
- Assign available regions/servers to my account so I can create projects
