Hello! Referral bonuses are usually automatically added to your account balance after the referred person completes their first payment.
How long ago did you receive the successful referral email? If you still don't see it after 24 hours, please provide your account email, and we will check it from the backend.

We have checked your account ([email protected]), and the referral credit has indeed been applied:

So, the referral credit has not been missed—it has already been used to offset your subscription fees. You can check your current balance on the Billing page in the Dashboard. If you believe there should be more referral credits (e.g., you referred multiple friends), please let us know, and we can check further.
