Sucks in domain verification in using Zeabur Email

Hi Zeabur Support,

I'm evaluating the Email service. I added my domain and configured all the required DNS records.

I have been waiting for about two hours. The domain verification part still in pending status. Can you help me check the root cause. Am I miss some thing?

Hi! Email domain verification via AWS SES can take up to 72 hours, though it usually completes within a few hours.

A few things to check:

Verify that all DNS records (DKIM CNAME records, MX record) are correctly configured
Some DNS providers automatically append your domain to the CNAME key — make sure the records aren't duplicated (e.g., key._domainkey.yourdomain.com.yourdomain.com)

If it's still pending after 24 hours, share your domain name and we'll check the verification status from our end.
