Theoretically, reinstalling the operating system should restore it to a state where it can connect normally. If this isn't possible, it significantly impacts the user's time. I am using your service to rent overseas servers simply because I want to avoid the hassle of registering with foreign providers. I only rented it for one month to try setting up a cloud server myself. My thought process was that if I messed up the installation or cluttered the system, I could just click 'reinstall OS' to restore it to its original state. I understand that I am only renting the server through your platform and perhaps you aren't making much money from me, but if your platform cannot provide timely OS reinstallation, it greatly affects the user experience. While those of us who aren't subscribed to your paid services might not be your primary target audience, I still hope you can take this matter seriously.
