I cant add domain on email service even in developers plan

I cant add domain on email service even in developers plan. It show domain quota limits (0/0). What should i do for the limitation. i thought it can be use on developer plan.

Hi, I've confirmed your account is on the Developer Plan with an active subscription. The domain quota showing 0/0 appears to be a bug — I've flagged this to our team for investigation. We'll get back to you once it's resolved.
