I have checked your server logs. The root cause of the issue is that K3s is in a crash loop due to insufficient memory:

Diagnosis:

• The server has been restarting continuously since the afternoon of March 31st (~every 30 minutes).
• This indicates that K3s is crashing and automatically restarting due to OOM (Out of Memory).
• Even after you deleted the containers, the system still does not have enough memory for K3s to run properly.

Why reinstallation is not possible: When the server is in a crash loop, reinstallation operations cannot be executed.

Solution:

1. Upgrade server specifications (Recommended) - Increase RAM to provide K3s with enough memory to run properly.
2. Or delete and recreate the server - If you do not need the existing data.

Your server is currently online. Please upgrade the specifications or choose to rebuild. Please let me know your decision if you need further assistance.

How can I perform this operation myself?

Hello! You can perform the following operations on the Dashboard Server page:

1. Restart the server (uncheck all services)
2. If restarting does not work, try "Reinstall Zeabur Service"
3. Last resort: "Reinstall Operating System" (this will erase all data, please back up first)

After restarting, only these two buttons are available.

The 'Redeploy Zeabur Service' button is always greyed out. There is no 'Reinstall System' option to click.
