Can I no longer create new services in the project after April 1st?

I have a few questions:

If I copy the project to a new machine, and I don't stop the original one, will the copied database be behind the current project? Also, could you help me estimate how long the migration would take for my project?
I noticed there is a cluster solution and I'm interested. Do you know when it will be launched? I'd like to evaluate the cluster solution before deciding how to migrate.
If it's absolutely necessary before migrating out, is it possible to allow me to create new services in the project? (I mainly need internal network access between several services.)

Also, although the announcement says it's not a cost consideration, I still can't help but ask: is Zeabur's operation in good condition? We have long-term deployment stability concerns for our projects and don't want to have to migrate data frequently in the future. Zeabur's ease of use is really high! I hope we can keep using it.

Hello! Answering your questions one by one:

When cloning a project, the database will take a snapshot. Writes occurring after the moment of cloning will not be synchronized. It is recommended to perform this operation during off-peak hours.
Dedicated Clusters are coming soon and will be an exclusive feature for Team Plan users. If you are interested, we recommend upgrading to the Team Plan first.
Regarding your request to temporarily create a new service, please provide your Project ID so we can evaluate if we can assist you.

Thanks for the reply. I have two more questions:

Will the cluster feature be available to the Developer plan in the future? I noticed the announcement for the cluster feature didn't explicitly state it was limited to the Team Plan.
If I purchase machines from the same provider and in the same region on Zeabur, can they communicate via an internal network?
