Just to add, I received the verification email yesterday and completed the verification via the link in the email, but it still shows as 'pending verification' today.

Could you please help me check why it failed??

We have checked the status of your domain jessefang.com, and it currently shows the following in our system:

• Domain Status: ACTIVE
• ICANN Email Verification Status: Verified

The email verification has actually been completed successfully. If you still see a "Pending Verification" prompt on the Dashboard, it is possible that the page display has not synced. Please try refreshing the page or logging in again to confirm.

If it still shows as unverified after refreshing, please provide a screenshot, and we will further investigate the UI display issue.

To clarify, the "Pending Verification / Failed" status in your screenshot refers to the Zeabur Email (sending domain) verification, which is separate from the ICANN domain registration verification confirmed by Bohan earlier:

• ICANN Registration Verification: Passed (the domain status is ACTIVE and verified).
• Zeabur Email Sending Domain Verification: Currently failed because the DNS records required by ZSend (DKIM / SPF / _amazonses TXT, etc.) cannot be found on jessefang.com. The system marked it as failed after attempting verification for a period.

Please follow these steps:

1. Go to the "Email → Domains" page, click the > icon on the right side of the jessefang.com row to see the list of DNS records (CNAME, TXT, MX, etc.) that need to be added.
2. Since jessefang.com was purchased on Zeabur (and the NS is pointed to Cloudflare), please open the "Domains" tab on the left, find jessefang.com → DNS record management, and add the records from the previous step one by one (copy the Type, Name, and Value exactly).
3. After adding them, return to the Email → Domains → jessefang.com details page and click the "Verify" button to let the system re-check. Once the DNS records take effect, the status will change to "Verified".

If it still fails after adding the records and clicking verify, please provide a full screenshot of the details page (including the list of required DNS records), and I will help you check which one is incorrect.

Hello, I have configured this part according to your instructions and clicked "Verify" (as shown in the image).

However, the email domain section still shows as failed. It has been about 2 days, and theoretically, it shouldn't take this long. Could you please help me check this? Thank you.

We have confirmed that your DNS settings are completely correct—all 6 records (3 DKIM CNAMEs, MX, SPF, and DMARC) are now active on the public DNS, and they are showing as verified on the AWS SES side.

The "Failed" status still showing on the Zeabur Dashboard is a display issue on our end—the verification system has not re-synced with the latest status from SES. We have created an internal ticket to fix this.

However, you can already use Zeabur Email to send messages normally; there is no need to wait for the Dashboard status to update. Please try sending a test email directly; it should work as expected.
