Just to add, I received the verification email yesterday and completed the verification via the link in the email, but it still shows as 'pending verification' today.

To clarify, the "Pending Verification / Failed" status in your screenshot refers to the Zeabur Email (sending domain) verification, which is separate from the ICANN domain registration verification confirmed by Bohan earlier:
failed because the DNS records required by ZSend (DKIM / SPF / _amazonses TXT, etc.) cannot be found on jessefang.com. The system marked it as failed after attempting verification for a period.Please follow these steps:

We have confirmed that your DNS settings are completely correct—all 6 records (3 DKIM CNAMEs, MX, SPF, and DMARC) are now active on the public DNS, and they are showing as verified on the AWS SES side.
The "Failed" status still showing on the Zeabur Dashboard is a display issue on our end—the verification system has not re-synced with the latest status from SES. We have created an internal ticket to fix this.
However, you can already use Zeabur Email to send messages normally; there is no need to wait for the Dashboard status to update. Please try sending a test email directly; it should work as expected.
