Hello,
We have reviewed your usage records for the billing period (Mar 9 – Apr 9, 2026), and the $8.28 memory charge you see on your bill is correct. Here is the reason:
You had 6 projects running on shared nodes during the billing period, not just the 2 remaining ones. The following projects were active during that time:
edu-group-approval (sjc1) — Still running
roll-call-services (sjc1) — Still running
n8n (tpe1) — Created Mar 9, deleted Apr 9
untitled (cgk1) — Created Feb 3, deleted Apr 9
disaster-rescue-service (sjc1) — Created Dec 15, deleted Apr 9
learning-tool (sjc1) — Created Sep 15 last year, deleted Apr 9
These 4 deleted projects were running throughout the entire billing cycle (Mar 9 – Apr 9), and the total memory they consumed amounts to the 33,133,254 MB-minutes ($8.28) you see.
The $0.05 you see in your screenshot is the usage for the new billing cycle (after Apr 9)—since you deleted those 4 old projects on Apr 9, only the remaining 2 projects are running in the new cycle, so the usage is naturally much lower.
An important reminder: On Zeabur, even if you are not actively using a project, as long as the project and services are not deleted or suspended, they will continue to consume memory and incur charges. If you have projects you are not using temporarily, we recommend suspending the services or deleting them directly to avoid further charges.
If you have any further questions, please feel free to reply!
