I purchased a server for the first time, but I didn't receive the IP address or SSH private key. Also, K3s installation failed and it shows my server is unreachable.

Hello Evan,

We have checked your server (Tencent Singapore 2C 4GB) and confirmed the issue: the server got stuck at the "Waiting for SSH connection" step during creation and did not proceed further. As a result, no IP address was assigned, and K3s could not be installed.

This is an anomaly during the creation process and is not caused by your actions.

Recommendation:

Delete this server — Dashboard → Servers → Tencent Singapore 2C 4GB → Delete. The cost will be automatically refunded to your account balance.
Repurchase a server with the same specifications. Under normal circumstances, it should complete creation and assign an IP within a few minutes.

If you encounter the same issue after repurchasing, please reply and let us know, and we will investigate further.
