As we have previously reminded you: if you wish to have the option of self-service refunds when dissatisfied, it is recommended not to use providers like Aliyun, but rather choose Linode, Hetzner, DigitalOcean, GCP, or AWS, as these all support self-service refunds.
Regarding this Aliyun Tokyo refund, I need to confirm the handling process with our internal team first, and I will reply to you here once there is a result.
