I have two questions:

1. I am a Dev plan subscriber. I previously subscribed to a server for only one month and then stopped. Is this the reason why my original n8n workflows were all deleted? Even though I am still a Dev plan subscriber, I wasn't notified before my projects were cleared, which is very frustrating.

2. As a Dev plan subscriber, do I need to subscribe to a server if I want to create a new project?

After checking, your previous dedicated server "Crystal" was deleted after it expired on 2026-04-29 due to non-renewal. The n8n project and workflow data deployed on it have also been removed. We apologize, but it is currently impossible to recover them.

Regarding your second question, since shared clusters are being phased out, creating a new project now requires a dedicated server. The most affordable dedicated server is approximately $2–3 USD/month. You can redeploy n8n after renting one.
