I want to migrate my New API service. I downloaded the backup file from another service and am trying to restore it on the new service. The archive uploaded successfully, but the restore task is stuck in 'Pending'. I am using a dedicated server in mainland China (2C 4GB) purchased from Zeabur. The load seems fine, and the archive size is only about 20MB, so that shouldn't be an issue either.
