Hi, thanks for the additional detail. Investigated and the issue is not on the K3s side — the cluster reinstalled cleanly and is healthy. The reason terminal / logs return INTERNAL is that there is no pod running for the hermes-agent service to read from: the marketplace template install ended up creating an empty service shell without applying the full template spec (image, env vars, healthcheck etc.), so nothing actually deployed to your cluster. The K3s reinstalls earlier in the day cleared any partial state too.

Recommended fix:

1. In your project, delete the current hermes-agent service (it is an empty shell, no data to lose)
2. Go to Marketplace, search for Hermes Agent, and deploy it fresh into the same project
3. Fill in the required variables (OpenRouter API key, etc.) when prompted

If the second deploy also ends up empty, please reply here and I will dig into it from the backend side — there is a known issue where the template spec does not always populate on first install, and we are investigating why some installs succeed while others do not.
