I am requesting a refund for the dedicated server I recently rented:
Reason:
The server was purchased to host an AI agent that relies on the DeepSeek API. However, DeepSeek's API gateway (hosted on AWS CloudFront) returns authentication errors when accessed from Korean IP addresses, specifically at the CloudFront edge location ICN57-P5 (Incheon). The same API key works perfectly from other regions (Singapore, Tokyo, etc.). This is a regional network restriction on the API provider's side, not a Zeabur issue, but it makes the Seoul server unusable for my intended use case.
The server was rented just a few hours ago and has been running for less than an hour. No significant bandwidth or resources were consumed.
Request: Full refund for the Seoul server.
I would be happy to re-rent a server in a different region (e.g., Tokyo) instead.
