We have checked the status of your dedicated server (Alibaba Cloud Hong Kong 4C 8GB):
- The server itself is online, and CPU, memory, and disk usage are normal.
- All system components are running normally (ingress-controller, coredns, nats, etc., are all in the Running state).
The "Component Abnormal" alert is caused by high network latency between the Alibaba Cloud server and the Zeabur control plane. During deployment, operations like image pulling can cause heartbeat reporting delays, leading the control plane to misidentify components as offline. This is a known limitation of the Alibaba Cloud network; reinstalling or restarting the server will not fundamentally resolve it.
Regarding the deployment getting stuck in "Starting": We noticed that recent deployments have been canceled. Is your service (product-hub) currently accessible? You can try triggering a new deployment. You can ignore the "Component Abnormal" alert during the process and wait for the deployment to complete.
If the deployment continues to fail, you might consider migrating your project to a server from another provider (e.g., Tencent Cloud), where network latency will be lower and component status will be more stable.
