I need a refund for two servers because the region is not suitable. I have already purchased new ones on your platform, but the previous ones are going to waste. Thank you. The screenshot shows the two servers I would like to request a refund for.

Hello, we have received your refund request and confirmed the following two servers:

server-6a1eb0b1cbf5edab5ff3cf4c (Aliyun California 2C 4GB, $9/month)
server-6a1eb8e5cbf5edab5ff3cf51 (Tencent Silicon Valley 4C 16GB, $27/month)

Before we proceed, we need to confirm one thing: there is currently a MySQL service running on the Tencent Silicon Valley server. Once the refund is processed, the server will be deleted, and the data on it will be unrecoverable. If there is any data you need, please back it up yourself first.

Please reply to confirm that you no longer need the data on these two servers, and we will arrange the refund. The refund amount will be prorated based on the remaining days and credited to your Zeabur account balance, which can be used for other purchases on the platform (including renewing your current Tokyo region server).
