I have checked for you: the TLS certificate for dev-mypal.zeabur.app expired on 2026-06-10. However, the component responsible for issuing certificates on your server (ingress controller) is an older version and did not trigger the automatic renewal before expiration, which is why the domain is stuck in the PROVISIONING state. Deleting and rebinding the domain will not resolve this, as the new binding will enter the same stuck issuance process. This is an issue with the platform component, not caused by your actions or configuration; the new version of the component has already fixed this.
Please go to Dashboard → Server (dev-mypal) → Settings → Danger Zone, and click "Reinstall Zeabur Services". This will upgrade the system components on your server to the latest version and re-issue the certificates, after which the domain will return to the PROVISIONED state. This operation only updates Zeabur's system components and will not affect your deployed services or data, though there may be a brief downtime during the process. It is recommended to perform this during off-peak hours.
Additionally, the certificate for dev-mypal-minio.zeabur.app on your server has also expired (expired on 6/8) for the same reason; it will be restored as well after the reinstallation.
