[Urgent] One-click project cloning failed, causing the original 'Shared Cluster' site to go offline. Requesting assistance.

I am currently attempting to migrate my Ghost blog project from the 'Shared Cluster' to a newly purchased dedicated server (Tencent Tokyo) using Zeabur's 'One-click clone' feature. During the process, the progress stuck at 79% and threw a volume copy error (Volume Copy: ghost failed - backup job failed). Subsequently, I discovered that the original 'Shared Cluster' site, which should have remained operational, has unexpectedly gone offline, and readers are currently unable to access it. Below is the relevant project and service information. I request that an engineer urgently assist in troubleshooting and restoring the original site: 1. Original Project ID (Shared Cluster): 67f49d96ade251da963519f8 2. Original Ghost Service ID: service-67f49da60917628a4437b534 3. Target New Project ID (Tencent Tokyo): 6a2a39b09e7b055c3f5c246e 4. Error message encountered during cloning: Volume Copy: ghost failed - backup job failed (volume may be too large) 5. Current status: - The original Ghost site is completely inaccessible (down). - The Ghost service in the new environment shows 'Service image pull failed' and cannot start.

We have completed our investigation and identified two issues:

1. Original Shared Cluster Ghost site is down (Most urgent)

The reason is that the Ghost image version ghost:5.116.0-alpine has been removed from Docker Hub. When the service restarts, it cannot pull the image, causing it to remain in an error state. A standard "restart" will not resolve this because the system will continue to attempt to pull the same removed version.

Please go to the Ghost service page in the Dashboard and change the image tag from ghost:5.116.0-alpine to ghost:5-alpine (or ghost:5.117.0-alpine). After saving, the system will automatically redeploy, and the site should return to normal.

2. One-click copy to dedicated server

The Volume migration failed during the copy process (backup job failed), but the Ghost service on the target server is currently running successfully. However, because the Volume was not successfully copied, content such as images and themes uploaded to the old site will not be automatically migrated and will need to be re-uploaded manually.
