- Based on the platform's request logs, all requests to the Zeabur backend under your account today have been successful, and no error records were found.
To further investigate the issue, please provide the following information:
- A screenshot of the "Network Error" prompt (the full error message displayed on the page);
- Which project or server page were you accessing when this occurred? Or does it happen on all pages?
- Is it still occurring now? Approximately when did it start?
- If convenient, please press F12 to open the browser developer tools, switch to the Network tab, reproduce the error, and send us a screenshot of the failed request (the red one);
- You can try switching networks (e.g., using a mobile hotspot) to see if it still occurs; this will help us determine if it is a network path issue.
