📌 Heads up: the Forum is becoming Zeabur Support (rolling out June 22)

Heads-up before things change around here. On June 22, this forum is turning into Zeabur Support — a dedicated place to get help, rather than a public message board. Wanted to give you the why and the what before it happens, not after.

- The forum → Zeabur Support, on 6/22
- All existing posts turn private — you'll only see your own from now on
- The homepage stops showing a wall of everyone's open issues
- Paid plans now include priority "Express" passes with a guaranteed first-response time
- A few community features (Following, Inbox feed, global search) are going away
Why we're doing this
We built this as a forum hoping a community would grow around it. Being honest about how it actually played out: over the last 3 months there were 1,753 posts, and only a handful ever got a genuinely useful answer from another user — the vast majority were resolved by us, the Zeabur team. People came here to get help from us, not from each other, and that's completely fair. So we're reshaping the space around what it's actually for.
What changes for you
- Privacy. On 6/22, every existing post turns private — only you can see your own. If your post already got replies from other users, those comments stay with the ticket; nothing is deleted. Going forward, each ticket is a private conversation between you and the Zeabur team.
- A calmer landing. One button — Submit a ticket — plus your own tickets grouped by status. No noise.
- Faster, guaranteed responses. Every paid plan now includes Express passes (Developer 2 / Pro 5 / Team 10 per month) with a 36-hour first-response guarantee and a live countdown. Miss it and the pass is refunded to you automatically.
What's going away
Following, the Inbox feed, voting, and global search are being retired — they were built for a community forum and didn't earn their keep in a support context.
Nothing you need to do right now. When the switch happens on 6/22, you'll land on the new Support page automatically — and all your past posts will be waiting for you, just private. Questions or worries? Drop them below — I'll keep this post updated.
