The current alert system only allows setting notifications when a metric exceeds a certain threshold. However, when a server crashes or shuts down unexpectedly, there is no alert to notify us that the server is currently experiencing downtime.

I hope we can add more alert systems for scenarios like this, rather than limiting these features only to project deployments.
