Current Limitation:
As a user with a specific outbound traffic limit (e.g., 8TB), I find it inconvenient to monitor my actual usage. Currently, I have to manually install tools like vnstat via SSH to track traffic. This is not only less user-friendly but also doesn't provide an "official" authoritative figure that matches Zeabur's billing metrics.
Proposed Features:
1. Built-in Traffic Monitoring Dashboard:
Visual Charts: Provide a real-time graph in the service console showing Egress (Outbound) and Ingress (Inbound) traffic.
Usage Progress Bar: A simple visual indicator (e.g., "3.5TB / 8TB used") to help users quickly understand their remaining quota for the current billing cycle.
Alert Notifications: The ability to set custom thresholds (e.g., 80%, 90%) to receive email or webhook notifications before the limit is reached.
2. Flexible Traffic Management (Purchasable Quota):
On-demand Top-up: While upgrading to a higher-spec server is an option, many users only need more bandwidth, not more CPU/RAM. Providing a way to purchase "Additional Traffic Packs" would be highly beneficial.
Auto-scaling/Pay-as-you-go: Optionally allow users to pay for extra traffic beyond their quota at a fixed rate per GB, instead of throttling the service immediately.
Why this is important:
Reliable traffic monitoring is a core requirement for any hosting platform. It provides transparency, prevents unexpected service throttling, and significantly improves the developer experience for those managing high-traffic applications.
