About the Role
Be the bridge between our users and our engineering team. Help developers succeed on Zeabur by providing world-class technical support and feeding insights back into the product.

What You Will Do
- Provide technical support to developers via chat, email, and community
- Diagnose and troubleshoot deployment and infrastructure issues
- Write documentation, tutorials, and guides
- Identify common pain points and advocate for product improvements
- Collaborate with engineering to resolve complex technical issues
About You
- Strong technical background with experience in web development
- Excellent communication skills in English and Mandarin
- Experience with cloud platforms and containerized applications
- Empathy for developers and a passion for helping others

Compensation will be based on job-related skills, experience, and location. The total compensation package includes competitive salary, equity-based compensation, and comprehensive benefits. For candidates based outside of Taipei, compensation may be adjusted based on local cost of living. More details will be shared during the hiring process.
