Hello, you can obtain your top-up receipts/invoices as follows:
Directly visit https://zeabur.com/account/billing (you will be redirected to log in if you haven't already). This page is your billing management page. At the bottom, you will find the Invoices section. Locate the corresponding top-up record and click the Download button on the right to download the PDF invoice.
Information included in the invoice:

[email protected] with the subject [Tax invoice request] - <your user ID> and provide your Tax ID/Company Name. Our billing team will process it manually.If you cannot find the Invoices section or the download button on the Billing page, please take a screenshot and send it to me so I can help you locate it.

Hello, sorry for the wait! Official invoices that can be used as reimbursement vouchers are currently a feature for Team Plan users; they are not yet available for Free / Dev Plan users.
