Hi, your service already has port 9119 configured. The issue is that your current domain is bound to the default port (5000), not 9119.

To access the WebUI, go to your service's Networking tab, add a new domain (either a new .zeabur.app subdomain or a custom domain), and select port 9119 when binding it. You'll then be able to access the WebUI through that new domain.

The web dashboard runs on port 9119, but it's disabled by default in the official template — because once exposed, it becomes publicly accessible with no authentication.

To enable it:

1. Go to your hermes-agent service → Variables tab
2. Set HERMES_DASHBOARD = true and restart the service

Then choose how to expose it:

Option A — Direct domain (simple, no access control) Go to Networking tab → Add Domain → select port-9119 as the target port.

Option B — Via Gateway (recommended, supports IP whitelist) Enable the Gateway add-on, add a route pointing to your hermes-agent service on port 9119, then configure an IP whitelist to restrict access to trusted IPs only.

For future reference: the trick was confirming Hermes was actually listening on 0.0.0.0:9119 (not 127.0.0.1) and exposing 9119 in Networking. Good combination of UI config + container binding check.
