FileGator

FileGator is a free, open-source, self-hosted web application for managing files and folders. It supports multi-user access with configurable roles and permissions. Features include drag-and-drop uploads with chunked transfer, file preview, copy, move, rename, edit, zip/unzip, and bulk download. Supports multiple storage backends via Flysystem (local, FTP, S3, Dropbox, and more).

First-Time Setup

1. Click the deployed URL to open FileGator.
2. Log in with the default credentials: admin / admin123.
3. Change the admin password immediately from the settings panel.

Default Port

• 8080 (HTTP)
