Databag

A self-hosted messaging service with web and mobile clients. Supports text, images, video, and audio with end-to-end encryption. No external database required.

Getting Started

1. Visit your domain — open the Databag web interface
2. Admin password — find it in Service > Variables > ADMIN
3. Configure your server — click the settings icon, enter the admin password
4. Set your domain — in the admin panel, set the federated host to your domain for cross-server messaging
5. Create an account — register from the login page
