Redeem Prepaid Card
Zeabur prepaid cards (Vouchers) are sold or gifted by third-party partners and can be redeemed to your Zeabur account balance. Your balance can then be used to upgrade to a paid plan, purchase dedicated servers, or pay for shared cluster usage.
If you received an Event Code — for example from attending a workshop, hackathon, or instructor-led course — see the Redeem Event Code instead. Event Codes and prepaid cards are different mechanisms.
How to Redeem
Log in to Zeabur
Log in or create an account at zeabur.com/login.
Go to Billing
Click your avatar in the top-right and choose “Billing”, or go directly to zeabur.com/account/billing.
Click “Redeem Credits”
Find the “Redeem Credits” button in the upper-right corner of the “Account Balance” section and click it.
Enter the Card Code
Enter your prepaid card code in the dialog, then click “Redeem”. On success, you’ll see a notification in the bottom-right corner and your account balance will update immediately.
If You Encounter Problems
- Expired prepaid card — Confirm the validity period with the issuer. Expired cards cannot be recovered.
- Invalid code — Double-check for typos and correct capitalization.
