Invoicing

Zeabur provides invoicing for Team Plan and above, making it easy for businesses and organizations to handle accounting.

Invoicing is only available for Team Plan and above. Dev Plan and Free Plan users who need invoices should upgrade to the Team Plan first.

How to Request an Invoice

  1. Go to the Dashboard billing page.
  2. In the invoice settings section, fill in your company name and Tax ID.
  3. After saving, future bills will automatically include your invoice information.

Tax ID Configuration

In the invoice settings on the billing page, you can configure:

  • Company name — The full company or organization name displayed on the invoice.
  • Tax ID — Your tax identification number (e.g., Taiwan 統一編號, VAT number, or other regional tax IDs).
  • Billing address — Your company’s billing address.

Supported Countries / Regions

Zeabur provides invoicing through Stripe, supporting tax identification numbers for the following countries and regions:

  • Taiwan — 統一編號 (Tax ID)
  • United States — EIN (Employer Identification Number)
  • European Union — VAT Number
  • Japan — 法人番号 (Corporate Number)
  • Other Stripe-supported countries/regions

Invoice Contents

Zeabur invoices include the following:

  • Billing period
  • Subscription plan fees
  • Resource usage breakdown (memory, network, storage, etc.)
  • Dedicated server fees (if applicable)
  • Taxes (based on local regulations)

Can I get invoices for previous months?

Yes. Please reach out on our community forum with the months you need and your account information.

What currency are invoices in?

Invoices are issued in US Dollars (USD), matching Zeabur’s billing currency.

Can Dev Plan users get invoices?

The Dev Plan does not currently support invoicing. If you need invoices, please upgrade to the Team Plan.
