The Team Plan is Zeabur’s collaborative plan built for small teams that need collaboration, unlimited server binding, and priority support. It starts at US$79/month with 3 seats included, and each additional seat costs US$24/month.

Seat Model

Team Plan supports multi-member collaboration, and every seat has Pro-level features. The base subscription includes 3 seats; additional seats are US$24 per seat per month. For example, a 5-person team created on April 1 is billed $79 + 2 × $24 = $127 / month on the 1st of every month.

Adding or removing members does not generate a separate invoice immediately — charges are consolidated into the next billing cycle’s invoice. The first 3 seats are free; billing only kicks in starting with the 4th member. When a new member joins, no charge is issued at that moment; the next invoice will bill both the “prorated amount from the join date through the end of the current cycle” and the “full seat fee for the next cycle”.

Using the same 5-person Team as an example, if a 6th member is added on April 15, the May 1 invoice will add $24 × (16 ÷ 30) + $24 ≈ $36.8 for that member.

When a member is removed, the released seat remains reserved until the end of the current billing cycle. During that window a new member can take the vacated seat at no additional cost. Fees already charged in the current cycle are non-refundable, but the seat’s entitlements remain fully valid until the cycle ends. The next invoice is recalculated based on the actual number of members exceeding 3 seats.

Using the same 5-person Team as an example, if a member is removed on April 20, the 5th seat is reserved until April 30: if a new member joins on April 25, the May 1 invoice still charges $127 for 5 seats; if no one fills the seat, starting May 1 the team is billed for 4 seats at $79 + 1 × $24 = $103 / month.

Seat Roles & Permissions

Team Plan seats come in three roles: Viewer, Editor, and Admin. Assign roles based on what each member needs to do — read-only visibility, day-to-day development work, or full administrative control.

• Viewer — read-only access across the team’s resources. Best for stakeholders, auditors, or new hires during onboarding.
• Editor (Coming soon) — can build and ship: create/modify projects, trigger deploys, rollback, search and download logs. Cannot delete resources or manage members/billing.
• Admin — full administrative control, including member management, destructive operations, and billing. Required for any action that affects the team itself or its subscription.
