Referral Program
Zeabur offers a referral program to all users. By sharing your referral code, you can provide discounts to referred users while earning commission rewards.
Tier System
The referral program uses a five-tier system that automatically upgrades based on your cumulative referred revenue:

- Referee Discount: The discount percentage the referred user receives on applicable products.
- Referrer Commission: The commission percentage earned by the referrer (based on the referee’s actual payment amount).
Applicable Products
Referral codes currently apply to the following product types:
- RENT_SERVER (Server Rental) — Triggered on first purchase only.
- AIHUB_TOPUP (AI Hub Top-up) — One-time trigger only.
Each referred user can only use a referral code once per product type.
Referral Code Rules
The following conditions must be met when using a referral code:
- No self-referral: You cannot use your own referral code.
- Referrer eligibility: The referrer’s account must have at least one Project containing a Service.
- Uniqueness: The referee must not have previously used any referral code for that product type.
How to Invite Friends
You can find your referral code and referral link on the Referral page. Copy and share it with friends via email, social media, or any other channel.
Referral Wallet
Commissions earned through referrals accumulate in your Referral Wallet. Accumulated commissions can be converted to Stripe Credits, which can be used to pay for your Zeabur subscriptions and usage fees.
Check Referral Status
You can view your current referral status and commission history on the Referral page.
The page displays two types of referral status:
- Pending: The referred user has signed up using your referral code but has not yet completed a payment.
- Credited: The referred user has completed a payment, and the commission has been added to your wallet.
KOL Override
For KOLs (Key Opinion Leaders) with significant reach, Zeabur administrators can set custom discount and commission percentages that override the tier system. If you are interested, please contact us via community forum.
How to Use Your Credits
Your credits are used with the highest priority when paying. Usage fees and subscription costs will be deducted from your credits first. Only after credits are exhausted will charges be applied to your linked payment method.
Legacy Referral System: Under the previous referral program, each successful referral that upgraded to a paid plan earned $5 USD in Credits. This legacy system is expected to be consolidated with the new tier system by Q2 2026. Both systems operate in parallel until the consolidation is complete.
