Refund Policy

Subscription Plan Refunds

For Developer Plan (Dev Plan) and Team Plan:

  • If you cancel your subscription, you can request a prorated refund for the remaining days. For example, if you cancel the Developer Plan after 10 days, you can get a refund for the remaining 20 days.
  • If you request a refund within 24 hours of subscribing, you can receive a full refund.

Choosing Zeabur Credits avoids the Stripe processing fee and is faster. Credits can be used for future subscriptions or resource usage.

Dedicated Server Refunds

Dedicated server refund rules vary by cloud provider:

Non-China Providers (GCP, Hetzner, Linode, DigitalOcean)

You can cancel directly from the Server page in your Dashboard. The system processes the refund automatically — no need to contact support.

China Providers (Volcengine, Alibaba Cloud, Tencent Cloud)

  • First refund: Self-service cancellation on the Server page. Unconditional refund, no review required.
  • Second and subsequent refunds: Submit a refund request on the Zeabur Forum for review by customer support.

Before requesting a refund, make sure all data on the server has been backed up or confirmed as no longer needed — data cannot be recovered after the server is destroyed.

Refund Notes

  • Refunds are returned to the original payment method, processing takes approximately 7 business days.
  • A ~30% Stripe processing fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
  • To avoid charges in the next billing cycle, disable auto-renewal in advance.

Cancelling Your Subscription

To cancel your paid plan and downgrade to the Serverless (Free) Plan:

  1. Go to the Dashboard billing page.
  2. Scroll down and find the “Unsubscribe” button.
  3. Confirm the cancellation.

After downgrading to the Free Plan, your currently deployed containerized services will be automatically suspended by the system. Make sure to back up important data before cancelling.

Prepaid Credits Refund

Prepaid credits are currently non-refundable. Please add credits according to your actual needs.
