Sales Partner
The Sales Partner program is for enterprise consultants, system integrators, and technology consulting firms. When you help enterprise clients, institutions, or organizations adopt Zeabur, you earn recurring commissions based on the stages you actually participate in.
When It Applies
The Sales Partner program applies in the following scenarios:
- Enterprise cloud migration β Help businesses migrate existing services to Zeabur.
- Institutional procurement β Bulk or contract-based purchases by educational institutions, government agencies, or enterprise IT departments, including Vouchers, invoicing, and contract-required cases.
- Technical consulting β As a technical consultant or system integrator, incorporate Zeabur into the deployment plans you design for clients.
- Long-term service partnerships β Provide deployment, operations, or payment collection services to clients using Zeabur as the underlying platform.
If the amount is below the threshold and the user pays individually through self-service, use the Referral Program automatic flow instead. Specific thresholds and conditions are agreed individually in each contract.
A single transaction can only go through the Referral Program or the Sales Partner path β they do not stack.
Commission Structure
Sales Partner commissions combine two layers, calculated based on your actual involvement.
Layer 1: Per-Deal Tiered Rate
Each deal is calculated independently using a progressive rate based on deal size. Rates are individually negotiated based on partner type, market positioning, and engagement scale β public standard rates are not disclosed.
Layer 2: Contribution Stage Weighting
Your share of each deal is weighted by the stages you actually own. The four stages sum to 100%. Stages that Zeabur handles internally are not paid out.

Multi-Party Splits
Different stages of the same deal can be owned by different partners. Each deal is calculated in isolation (no cross-pool), and each party settles independently without affecting the others.
Supporting Rules
- Settlement currency β Commissions are settled in USD. Exchange costs are borne by the Sales Partner.
- Settlement cycle β Commissions are calculated monthly and posted to the Partner Portal after mutual confirmation.
- Holding period β A holding period applies before commissions can be withdrawn. Client churn during the holding period results in automatic deduction; after the holding period, already-withdrawn amounts are not clawed back. Specific duration is set by contract.
- Minimum sales commitment β A minimum periodic commitment applies. Failure to meet it over consecutive periods allows Zeabur to adjust rates or terminate the contract. Specific amount is set by contract.
- Lead attribution β Lead attribution requires Zeabur confirmation before being locked.
- Stage locking β Stage ownership is locked when the deal is registered; changes require written consent from both parties.
- Commission continuity β Commissions continue as long as the client keeps paying; they stop when the client churns.
The Sales Partner path and the Referral Program cannot both apply to the same transaction β pick one per deal to avoid double-benefit conflicts.
Partnership Process
Contact Zeabur
Apply at partner.zeabur.com, or reach out via the Zeabur community forum, describing your client background and estimated engagement scale.
Negotiate contract
The Zeabur team evaluates and negotiates specific rates, stage weights, and supporting terms with you. Individual contracts are confidential.
Sign contract
Once terms are confirmed, sign the contract and begin deal tracking.
Client onboarding
Help the client evaluate, test, and go live.
Monthly settlement
Once the clientβs payment succeeds, monthly commissions are settled per the contract.
Related Addenda
Some partnerships involve separate contracts or addenda, such as:
- Payment collection service fees β If you act as a payment collector, the associated service fees are governed by a separate contract.
- Education subsidies β Partnerships involving schools or educational institutions are handled via a separate addendum/MOU.
